Description
Instructions:
1. Once the perm is developed, rinse thoroughly with water for 5 minutes and dry with a towel.
2. Soak the curlers with the neutralizing solution starting from the nape of the neck.
3. Leave it on for 5 minutes.
4. Unroll the curlers, avoiding pulling on the hair, and re-soak with the neutralizer from mid-length to ends.
5. After 5 minutes, rinse thoroughly with water.
