The first time we ordered this product we were completely satisfied. We never use sulfate shampoos so the hair isn't being stripped down by the sulfate . This time around the hair is curly and frizzy like the product was never done! Extremely frustrated b

Up until now I've only ever achieved results like this with toner, never before has a shampoo created such a lovely ashy tone xx
