RESULTS:
Fixes, neutralises and softens.
APPLICATION:
Once the perm is developed, rinse the hair thoroughly with abundant water and then towel-dry.
Wet the curlers with the neutralising liquid.
Allow to act for 5 minutes.
Unroll the curlers and wet the locks of hair again with the rest of the neutraliser.
Wait for 5 minutes and rinse with abundant water.
TECHNOLOGY:
Formulated with a cationic emulsion of silicone + a conditioning polymer, which condition and form a protecting-repairing film over the hair. With greater foaming capacity for a better application.
